Weighing only 572 grams and only 102 mm long, it boasts a durable metal housing that ensures reliable protection against dust and splashed water.

Spanning from wide angle to short telephoto, this high-quality standard zoom lens maintains a consistent f/2.8 aperture, achieving an optimal balance between brightness and versatility.

The optical design contains 16 elements in 12 groups and includes three aspherical elements plus advanced optical coatings that optimise light transmission and minimise reflections.

The new lens is available now as a stand-alone unit and also as part of an attractive kit together with the Leica SL3-S camera.
